At Margaux, we want you to feel confident in every step you take, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your unworn items back in their dust bags and original shoe box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
